Refrigerated Rigid Bodies
Although all Gray & Adams products are fully bespoke, each has the following key features:
- We now offer a sub frame that has been bolted together, rather than welded. This is completely unique within the UK and offers a number of benefits, not least that the structural integrity is increased and there is a higher level of consistency and accuracy in the construction and paintwork
- 3, 4 or 5 element panel options with high-gloss GRP exterior skin to ensure long-life, high quality appearance and easy-fit livery. Four and five element panels are constructed using GRP inner skins with ply backing, which makes them highly resilient to damage
- Impact resistant cappings and all internal kickstrips are one-piece in order to eliminate the risk of moisture ingress and for increased durability. Cappings can be powder coated and are specified in white, unless otherwise requested
- The front bulkhead is bolted to the floor as standard for durability
- An extensive range of rear and side access doors, floor surfaces, internal bulkheads and lanes / compartments, load restraint systems, lighting options and damage protection features are available to suit individual requirements
Multi-Temperature Options
Gray & Adams can offer a product that can be divided laterally and/or longitudinally using a variety of methods, including lanes and insulated bulkheads.
We use bulkheads that can be:
- Fixed or removable
- Wall or roof mounted
- Variable or fixed stow
