Loadlok Rails

  • Surface-Mounted Loadlok: This is the simplest form and is fixed to the sidewall, therefore taking up some of the internal space of the body or trailer. To avoid this, impressed or recessed loadlok can be opted for.
  • Recessed Loadlok: To fit recessed loadlok, the panel needs to be cut into in order for the loadlok to be recessed into it. It is fixed to the sidewall using a top hat section and scuff protection is an integral part of this construction.
  • Impressed Loadlok: Impressed loadlok is integrated into the sidewall panel at the manufacturing stage meaning that valuable load space is not compromised. However, scuff protection may need to be added with impressed loadlok.
  • M3 Loadlok: This type is used in roll cage operations to restrain the cages so that they cannot move about in transit.

Shelving

Aluminium Shelving of various descriptions can be fitted to all bodies. Because Gray & Adams panels are manufactured in-house, reinforcements can be incorporated into the roof, floor and sidewall panels for securing the shelving at the stage of construction. Shelving can be individually designed to suit all applications.
