Part of the reason for Gray & Adams fast turnaround is due to the fact that the company manufactures most parts, including panels, in-house. This places Gray & Adams in a favourable position over European manufacturers, since shipping time for parts and materials does not have to be factored into the repair turnaround.

Gray & Adams is also an approved repair shop for a number of insurance companies. However, even if you are insured with a company that we are not affiliated with, our staff have considerable experience in dealing with insurance assessors. We can help to get your vehicles back on the road by liasing directly with insurance companies on your behalf, meaning that you do not have to spend valuable time doing this yourself.
