Cantilever Tail Lifts: can tilt to almost any angle making them the most versatile tail lift. This type is ideal for dock loading and easy rear access and can be used as part or whole of the rear closure, eliminating the need for shutters or doors.

Column Tail Lifts: are ideal for rigid vehicles with roller shutter doors, where there is insufficient overhang to fit a retractable lift. This type is now available with power closure.

Retractable Tail Lifts: available in cantilever type which tilts upwards, or flat platform retractable, which gives the safety benefits of a column lift by going straight up and down without tilting. These tail lifts are suitable for trailers or bodies with a long overhang. Retractable lifts slide underneath the vehicle or trailer to allow them to back up to loading docks without obstruction.

Electric Standby Cable Holder: This stainless steel feature stores the electric fridge lead neatly and safely, eliminating the danger of loose cables.
Roof Catwalk and Fridge Ladder: The roof catwalk is a walkway that is bolted onto the cab of the vehicle. When used with a safety harness, this offers a place for mechanics to stand when carrying out maintenance to the fridge unit, therefore protecting the roof of the vehicle from damage. The ladder also offers access to the fridge for maintenance purposes.
Fridge Protection Features: Fridge evaporator and unit guards are available for fridge equipment inside bodies and help to protect the fridge from damage from pallet loading etc. A fridge guard can be fitted to fridge units on the exterior of the body or trailer to protect it from accident damage:
Remote Evaporators: Remote evaporators can be used in multi-temperature vehicles and trailers so that, when used in conjunction with two-temperature doors, the area can be divided into segments for carrying different products at different temperature bands. For example, the rear compartment can be frozen and the front compartment chilled, or vice versa. The evaporator unit is usually encased within an evaporator protection guard.
Artic Curtain: Artic curtains can be fitted to the inside of rear and side doors of vehicles. These plastic curtains are beneficial for vehicles that have a higher than average number of door openings and within frozen operations, as they help to maintain temperatures within the body. Artic curtains can also be used to protect the load from the elements. They can be fixed or placed on a sliding track.
PVC Ducting: Optional ducting can be fitted to ensure airflow to the rear of the vehicle / trailer therefore optimising product temperature.
Protection for Tail Lift Controls: Internal protection for lights switches and tail lift controls doubles up as a roll cage deflector to protect the rear door track.
Other Tail Lift Options: A number of features are available for tail lifts that either increase safety for operators, aid the loading and unloading process or help to secure the load. Some of these features include safety gates for use when the tail lift is in operation and anti-slip surfaces for operator safety, various types of ramps to aid loading and unloading and roll stops for load security when roll cages are being used.
