Commercial Vehicle Painter

Are you an experienced Commercial Vehicle Painter looking for a secure, full-time role in Aberdeenshire? You’ll be based in a modern, fully equipped Accident Repair Centre, working with the latest paint technologies to deliver high-quality finishes. This role suits someone who values precision, consistency, and being part of a supportive, skilled team.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess and prepare commercial vehicles for painting.
• Spray paint vehicles using up-to-date techniques and equipment.
• Deliver work to the highest standards to meet customer expectations.
• Work safely at all times and comply with company health and safety policies.
• Support the department’s production plan and complete tasks within allocated times.
• Report any issues that may affect workflow or production schedules.
• Identify and report any actual or potential health and safety concerns.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organised work area.

About you:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Vehicle Painter.
• Strong knowledge of spray paint technology and mixing techniques.
• High standard of workmanship with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Desirable: interest in the motor industry, experience following manufacturer methods, or working in a high-volume or manufacturing environment.
