Are you an experienced Panel Beater looking for a secure, full-time role in Aberdeenshire? Gray & Adams Fraserburgh is a well-established, family-run business with a strong reputation, and we’re growing our Car Repair Shop team.

You’ll be based in a modern, fully equipped Accident Repair Centre, working on a steady flow of repairs to BSI standards. This role suits someone who values quality workmanship, reliable hours, and being part of a supportive team.

Key responsibilities:

• Assessing vehicle damage and planning the most effective repair approach.
• Stripping, repairing and rebuilding accident-damaged vehicles.
• Carrying out structural and cosmetic repairs in line with BSI standards.
• Replacing and repairing panels, including welding new panels into place.
• Delivering high-quality finishes that meet customer expectations.
• Working safely at all times and following company health and safety procedures.
• Supporting the department’s work schedule and completing jobs within allocated times.
• Identifying and reporting any actual or potential health and safety concerns.
• Keeping tools, equipment and your work area clean and well maintained.

Who we’re looking for:

• Experienced Panel Beaters who take pride in their work.
• Semi-skilled Panel Beaters with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply; training and development will be provided.
• Team players who can work confidently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality and a pride in delivering a high standard of finish.
