16 Sep Investing in Safety and Compliance Across the Business
At Gray & Adams, our commitment to health, safety, and continuous improvement has seen a significant boost this year, with strong progress in employee training and development.
Since the start of the year, we’ve rolled out MyCompliance, a powerful platform that hosts a wide range of iHasco online training courses. We’re pleased to report that a large number of employees have already engaged with and completed substantial portions of this training. The courses cover essential topics such as cyber security, bullying and harassment, and other key compliance areas—helping us build a safer, more respectful, and better-informed workplace.
In addition to the online training, we’ve had fantastic uptake in our more advanced health and safety courses. Notably, around 50 employees have now completed the IOSH Level 3 Managing Safely course. This group includes line managers, assistant line managers, and safety representatives, a clear demonstration of our shared commitment to leading from the front when it comes to safety.
We’d also like to recognise the completion of Accident Investigation Training and Root Cause Analysis Training, equipping teams with the tools to understand and learn from incidents to prevent recurrence.
“We’re incredibly proud of the progress so far and would like to thank everyone who has participated in training so far, as a vital part of building a safer and stronger Gray & Adams.”
