Driven to deliver for our communities

In the current, extremely challenging business climate in the UK, sharing positive news with our staff and customers is more important than ever. As a family business, Gray & Adams are focused on ensuring that, throughout this time, we continue to make a difference to the local communities in which we operate.

As the Covid-19 pandemic has forced the closure of our sites, we have found that the innovation and kindness of our people, remains the key to our continued success, with the positive actions of our team showcasing what it means to work for Gray & Adams.

Recently, Joint Managing Director, James Gray, took a call from Fraserburgh Hospital asking for any essential PPE supplies Gray & Adams may have. On hearing that the NHS Grampian staff were short of necessities, he took the decision to donate PPE from our stock at Fraserburgh to help.

Additionally, several team members from Gray & Adams in Fraserburgh have begun cooking and delivering meals, both from our on-site canteen and from their homes. These meals are being delivered to local care homes, sheltered housing and other vulnerable people in the community, as well as to the local hospital for the NHS staff. Our thanks go to Brenda Neish and the team for their commitment to making a difference.

These actions make us proud of our people and deliver much-needed support and positivity to our communities as we work together to get through these challenging times.
