We’re now looking to increase our apprentice headcount following the successful completion of training by a number of our current apprentices.

We work in partnership with North East Scotland College (NESCol) to deliver Modern Apprenticeships that combine hands-on experience with recognised qualifications.

✅ Who Can Apply?

To be eligible for a Modern Apprenticeship at Gray & Adams, you must:

• Be aged 16 or over
• Be living in the UK
• Not be in full-time education at the time the apprenticeship begins
  (If you’re currently finishing school or college, you’re still welcome to apply — offers can be made in advance of your leaving date.)

✅ Entry Requirements

We welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds. Ideally, you will hold:

• A minimum of National 4 qualifications in Maths, English and a Technical subject
  However, all applications will be considered on merit.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete aptitude tests and skills assessments relevant to their chosen apprenticeship discipline.

1. Submit your CV or complete a Gray & Adams application form, available on our website or by request.
2. All applications will go through a pre-screening process, which may include:
   • Interview
   • Technical or competency assessments
   • Aptitude and measurement testing
3. We will request documentation to confirm your eligibility to work in the UK (as required by the Immigration Act 2014).
4. If successful, we will confirm your offer of employment in writing.
