What attracted you to work at Gray & Adams?

Gray & Adams are considered to be the leading refrigerated trailer and rigid manufacturer in the UK. I want to be able to provide world-class customer service and bring premium, innovative and industry leading products into the market place.

What skills and experience do you bring to the team?

I’ve worked in the industry for the last 12 years, having gained industry experience with with other trailer manufacturers. I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and have a great technical understanding of the trailer product and manufacturing techniques.

Some of my previous customers have been very technically astute and my experience in this area, along with my background and skillset, should allow me to move into my role with minimal disruption and maximum impact.

Describe your new role and the areas you will be working on.

Operating for the Doncaster site, I am both looking after a number of current Gray & Adams customers and also looking to generate new business from customers who may previously have been loyal to other manufacturers but whom Gray & Adams could add extra value to.

What are you most looking forward to in your new role?

Forging new relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service and added value, and maybe even bringing some of my own customers across to Gray & Adams so that they can experience the service we provide.

What would you say is the best thing about working for Gray & Adams?

Easy, it’s a customer-focused business and I love creating excellent customer experiences and going the extra mile. We want to work with customers to solve their operational issues through innovative design and high quality bespoke products. The business sees the future relationships with clients as of paramount importance so as to ensure they retain repeat business.
